REDCO Process Environment and Energy Technologies Inc. was established in 2012 to provide sludge dryer equipment and turn-key system solutions for sludge drying technologies with its qualified engineer team in the wastewater treatment sector.  REDCO constructed in the fields of solar sludge drying, thermal sludge drying, and other related equipments about sludge drying systems. REDCO has capability to solve any sludge drying problems about industrial and municipal sludges. 

The company has capability about service as designing, supervisoring, manufacturing, commissioning, training staff, after sales services for equipments and also as for turn-key plants. Also technical service and spare part supply operations, warranty services are given. REDCO exports sludge drying equipments to many countries as 90 % of its turnover. To give information about some reference about thermal dryer,  İZSU Çiğli Sludge Drying Facility with a capacity of 800 tons/day, the world’s largest capacity belt drying facility, which he established with his business partners, was officially opened on 6 February 2014 and the facility was commissioned. REDCO provided Eroğlu Holding’s DNM Tekstil’s production facilities in Egypt with 15 tons/day capacity for treatment sludge, as well as fast dryers for Ford Gölcük Plant in 2016 and Bulancak Municipality Wastewater Treatment Plant in 2017.

REDCO has so many reference in 3 continents as Europe, Asia and North Africa as  turn-key sludge dryer plants. REDCO is commissioned the 12-hall solar drying facility for  Şanlıurfa Municipality Wastewater Treatment Plant that has feeding sludge capacity is 120 tons/day which one of the largest solar drying facilities in Turkey, , which is within the scope of the European Union IPA Projects Support. In 2019. It is very good reference that can success final disposal for dried sludge there.  Dried sludge is used on soil for agriculture in conditions that government defined in Turkey. Final disposal was realized as successfully at Şanlıurfa Municipality reference. REDCO solar dryer equipments provided zero waste. 

There is  also commissioned a sludge drying facility with a capacity of 24 tons/day for Kilis Municipality Wastewater Treatment Plant, which is within the scope of the United Nations Development Program Support tender. The construction of  ’Kilis Solar Sludge Drying Facility’ project, of which the beneficiary is Kilis Municipality and the employer is UNDP (United Nations Development Program) was completed on 23.01.2020 with additional works. The final acceptance was made by UNDP. 

İZBAŞ Wastewater Treatment Facility Solar Sludge Drying Facility in İzmir Free Zone was constructed in 2016. The plant has automatical feeding and transferring sludge system. The plant has been operating by İZBAŞ since 2016 and it is very good reference as industrial sludge. REDCO also completed as turn-key and commisioned UNILEVER Konya HPC factory solar sludge dryer plant.

REDCO was undertaken all solar sludge dryer plants that European Union (EU) supported projects in Turkey in recent years as Kastamonu, Iğdır, Bismil, Sorgun, Niksar waste water treatment plants and completed all plants successfully.

Also, the company is commissioned Had Soualem, Nador and Dakhla Solar sludge dryer plants in Morocco. Another good reference is (one of biggest solar sludge dryer plant in the World) Okhla Plant/New Delhi Solar sludge dryer plants. The plant is commisioned that has capacity of 630 tons/day as feeding sludge.
